The service isn't super bad SOMETIMES. But sometimes you will call and they will tell you their schedule is full? And sometimes when you do get a ride you will be waiting a long time since they only have 3 buses or so, and sometimes they only run 2 of them. Now the money is going to cost you is something else, over $20 dollars if it's a NON medical ride. And if you don't have N.D. MA to pay for the medical ride, then your going to be paying over 20 dollars for that ride too. Their not open on weekends, or very late at night either. And they don't travel all places in Fargo, or not many places in West Fargo, and not in Moorhead at all. We called once and the dispatcher told us she couldn't write, so call another time when somebody was there who could write and take down the information? So in this persons opinion if you need a ride, and are handicapped, Mat ParaTransit is probably better for the money, it only costs 6 dollars round trip and goes pretty much everywhere in Fargo
