I've rented from many places over my fifty years in business. Never seen a place managed this way. They don't hire reel property managers, they just give one of the tenants free rent tobtske the phone calls and they expect the tenants to do every thing around here including sweeping the underground garage and picking up garbage on the grounds. In 27 months there has been six managers each one more bossy than the next. If you want to live in the big brother house with a different hoh each week, you will be happy here. If not, you should avoid.
