My mini-van has never looked better. They vacuum the best in the area. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. I had my rear wiper blade broken once by the machines, and they replaced it right away without any problems. They were very apologetic and offered me a free car wash.

I spent $180 to have my car completely cleaned, and instead had it ruined. They somehow managed to rub away large sections of both my front passenger seat and back seat, and then afterwards wasted about half an hour of my time denying they even did it, claiming it was there when I got there (which it most certainly wasn't, as I can count on one hand the number of passengers who have ever even been in those seats - there was no way they were that worn when I came in, certainly not the size of the holes the front seat had). No one there was at all competent enough to handle the situation as no one spoke English, and despite repeated attempts to have the manager come deal with the situation, they finally ended up writing me a referral to what I can only imagine is the manager's cousin or brother's auto upholstery shop to have the problem sorted. Not only that, there were still parts of my car that weren't as clean as they should have been for a $180 car wash. I went to this car wash due to the high ratings I read on here, but now I realize that I should have paid attention to the reviews that had the same experience as me - damage done to the car and no responsibility accepted; if I had listened, I would not still be waiting for my upholstery to be replaced weeks later. I wouldn't even have been as upset if they just admitted wrongdoing, but instead I was lied to for half an hour and then just given the referral to make me go away. I will NEVER do business with this dishonest store again, and I advise everyone else to avoid it as well. There are better car washes/detailers out there that are not only cheaper but responsible.

Very close to my house, in fact so close I bought their monthly membership.



$40.00 a month and I can wash as much as I want.



They could dry the car a little better, but they get the wheels clean and shiny.

If I could give zero stars I would. This car wash damaged my side view mirror and the manager refused to take any responsibility. He just kept citing ridiculous policies that are not posted anywhere for customers to see. Now I get to replace a side view mirror out of my own pocket, thanks Sonic Soft! These guys don't care about their customers, they only want their money. This place will never get my business again!

They vacuum better, they clean the windows better, they clean my cup holders better, they also have the best value. I just signed up for there unlimited wash club. I can wash everyday now!
