Terrible customer service..terrible would put it lightly. Our car got broken into and damaged and the insurance had sent them all paperwork. Called to see when to get it estimated the guy didnt even look up the name and told us we had to call our insurance. Get there and there's no where to park. Had to move the car multiple times. Guy who estimated was rude. Came out with my husband and didnt even acknowledge me. The robbers cracked our windshield but he couldn't feel a scratch on the inside so he said a rock hit it. One, it doesn't necessarily mean it didn't break from the inside because there was no scratch numnuts. Two, my car was absolutely fine until my car got broken into. They cracked the navi, did numerous of damages, stole a bunch of expensive items and some how JUST BECAUSE he couldnt feel a scratch on the inside, it wasnt part of the incident. There was no glass chipped or anything. Wheres the half moon/full moon dent from that tock then?! Then decided to play tattle take to our insurance company and now I'm waiting to hear back from them. Defiantly not getting my car fixed him not am I ever going to refer them to any friends or family. Worst ever. I would suggest rays auto body. They had AMAZING customer service and even went out of they way to fix extra stuff on my car free of charge.
