Wallace Realty Corp. is based in Fallon, Nevada and was founded in 1960 by its Broker, Geraldine “Gerry” A. Wallace – a long-time Fallon resident. Gerry ran a successful real estate business until her retirement in 1989. Her son, Milton H. Wallace and daughter-in-law, Michelle J. Wallace took over the office that same year. With Milton as a licensed Broker and Michelle as an office and property manager as well as a Nevada licensed realtor, decided to change the direction of the company from real estate sales to full service property management. Wallace Realty Corp. then became Fallon’s first full-service property management company, fulfilling a much needed niche in the community. Our office is fully staffed with ten (10) full-time employees enabling us to customize a property management plan that best serves you and your property. With over 30 years of experience in managing and marketing single family homes, multi family units, mobile home parks, mini storage facilities and commercial properties, we bring you quality experience.
