We were westbound travelers on I-80, when the engine on our 30' RV died suddenly. We called AAA and were towed 40+ miles to the nearest AAA approved garage, Dave's Automotive Group, and left to wait for them to open on Thurs. morning. We were due to a nephews' wedding in a few days in CA, and anxious to get on our way. Although the front desk was pleasant, they expected to be unable to take a look at the problem until Mon., the day after the wedding! They claimed their service department was covered up, but as the morning progressed, we watched multiple service employees each take repeated smoke breaks, and they stood and watched us as the men in our vehicle (using our own tools) replaced the serpentine belt on our RV to bypass the air conditioner compressor which had locked up. Our men made many trips to a nearby NAPA who were extremely helpful and concerned as they hunted schematics and belts for us to try. After they replaced the belt and started the engine, our men replaced the drive shaft that had been removed to tow the RV. The only thing that any of the employees had said in 6 hours to us was, 'when were we going to get that thing out of their way?' (It was not in front of their bays and was where tow truck left us. We had a very poor impression of this business and would avoid it if we were in the area again. We can not recommend it at all.
