I would give them 0 stars but I can't so I'll give them my brand of KARMA right here!!

These guys are crap! Don't buy from them. I had a death in the family and tried to get a refund because I can't afford this product and traveling to a funeral. They have no sympathy! Read all their reviews and you will see just how SHADY they are. I've even heard that once they ruin their reputation, they then change their name and start over again. Shame on you Murray's Cycles!

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Recently purchased from them through ebay, the product was received, but unfortunately had to be returned after followiing the information provided online, and contacting them via phone and online to get the returned approved, numerous emails back and forth and plays on words, the company used everything they could to avoid returning a full refund including a charge of approximately $20 for a plain cardboard box. Buyers BEWARE, its probably better to buy in person thhan to take the risk through their online heist. Its definitely not worth it and the part cost more than buying directly from the manufacturer, DONT BUY!

This is the best place around to get great deals. They are very customer oriented.These guys will go out of their way for you. I have bought a Mustang heated seat, and a Mustang back rest and very happy. Super fast shipping and never a problem. That is why I give them 5 *.
