Exclusive Roofing

We used Exclusive Roofing to replace our roof this fall. From my initial contact with Steve right through to the final payment, he was prompt, professional (returned calls, updated us on his job schedule, etc.) and an excellent person to work with. The day his crew arrived, they reflected his attitude. They were efficient, showed quality workmanship, and were prompt and clean. Over the two day job, they arrived early, stopped only for lunch, and didn't leave the site for the day until it was cleaned and straightened up. From the top down this team was a pleasure to have working on our house and I would recommend them without a doubt.

We are extremely pleased with how Steve at Exclusive Roofing handled our extremely complicated roofing situation. We had a 3-family home situated in tight quarters with an underlayment of asbestos shingles. Two other "large and reputable" companies walked away from the job. Steve returned our phone calls and emails and was on time, keeping all of his appointments. He was the only contractor to crawl up into the attic, inspect the roof, and tell us exactly what our options were. The contract was clear and had a reasonable payment schedule. Steve even found a remediation company to handle the shingle removal and coordinated the shingling job around their schedule. Unbelievably, his crew arrived promptly every day at 7am and worked until 6pm replacing all of the plywood sheathing and completing the entire job in just two days! The crew was polite and courteous and completely cleaned up the job site each day. Steve then returned to inspect the roof and job site and ensure we were happy. We would highly recommend Exclusive Roofing without reservations to anyone who is in need of roofing work. He has earned a customer for life and we look forward to using his services again on other properties.

I've been using Exclusive Roofing Inc.on all my re-habs and investment properties for the last five years. All I can say is I wish I had found these guys sooner. My requested quotes always come within a day or two, and the price is always more than fair for the quality work recieved.
