        Took 13 days for my things to ...

        Took 13 days for my things to arrive, held up by one part they didn't have in stock. Their website doesn't indicate if parts are in stock so if arrival time is an issue suggest to call them before ordering or pay the few buck more and buy it somewhere else. Their list price is cheaper but when shipping cost and delay added in it may not that significant. Also their website doesn't allow feedback from customers :), that I could find. No response from email but they do answer the phone.

        Always helpful

        Everytime I go into Yamaha Sports Plaza they are always so helpful! I was looking up the number on here and saw I could write a review and thought I might help steer some local bike lovers like me to the shop! Great service, sales, and overall just a great feel!

        Found the bike I was looking for!!!! Great sales, and very friendly!!!!1

        After looking at many different bike shops in the metro area, I couldn't find anyone who would help me find the right bike for me. Being a women everywhere I went they wanted to just sell me the first thing they could, and not even really take the time to talk to me! After going to Yamaha Sports Plaza and working with ED I will never go anywhere else again, he's the best!!! Not to mention I can get all my service and parts there too!!!! Steve in service and all the guys in parts really do their best to help the customers anyway they can!! All the retail they have is great too, I got all my gear!!! Just wanted to say thanks so much for all your help, I will definitley enjoy my bike this summer.

        Best customer service ever!
