Helped me make an outstanding resume, cover letter, and account page on LinkedIn. Everything looked very professional and there were no grammar or spelling mistakes. I was very impressed with everything. Also was very helpful with finding different job opportunities in the area. She charged $500, I paid $250 up front, all I got was a resume that was three weeks late, had typo's and wasn't online submission friendly. She claims she put a full days work into it, but no such product even reflects that statement in the smallest amount. Never received my letters that were promised to be delivered many times. Full of excuses on why she was late. Claims "I'm a deadline writer" yes you are, but you fail epically at it. Boy I'd certainly love a refund. Don't make the same mistake as me, go somewhere else. She is very unprofessional in the long run. Reassuring on the phone, but emails were late, products were late or never delivered. I was to receive 3 products from her, I only got 1 and it had errors... 1/3 = 33%... F
