        I will never use this business...

        I will never use this business again. The people are mostly friendly; however, impossible to get a hold of. My calls were never returned and when I DID talk to someone, they had no idea what I was talking about. They tell me to talk to the person I have BEEN calling (the one that never returns my calls), and yet again, my calls are not returned.



        When you ask them to do something, it doesn't get done! I reminded them again (because mistakes happen), but again IT DOESN'T GET DONE! I have never been more frustrated with a business before.
