Charlie's Paving

I had a total driveway rebuild done by Charlie's Paving. Work was done quickly and the product looked good. I was told that I had a 10 year warranty as long as I had Charlie's seal the driveway every year. I was given the price for the annual sealing treatment and I thought it was a good deal. I soon came to realize what a "deal" it was.



When it came time for the first annual sealing treatment, Charlie's came out and did the work. It was at this point that the other shoe dropped. I received the bill for the sealing treatment and it was more than 2 times the amount to which we had agreed. I did not pay the bill and I tried to reach Charlie's several times to determine why there was such a discrepancy.



I couldn't get anyone to call me. I was told time and again that Charlie would return my call but he never did.



I would strongly discourage anyone from using Charlie's Paving. They are glad to do the original job, but could care less about customer care or long term customers.
