        Don't waste your time. Very, very poor customer service. I've been trying for 2 months to get something fixed on my account through the online chat, calling the 800 number and going in to the store with no resolve. The man, whom I'm guessing is the store manager, is the absolute worst. Very rude and would not even get up off his seat to talk. He didn't even bother to try to help. If I had it to do over, I would've stuck with US Cellular. Don't do it, please do your research.
