Would give zero stars if I could. Over priced, cheap furniture that does not last, and they lie to you to get you to buy warranties that do not cover anything you would actually need. Will never buy anything from here again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, and the quality of our furniture is amazing for the price. I couldn't be happier, our living room looks phenomenal with the Ashley Old World selection in it.

We ordered an expensive leather sofa and recliner December 6. We are still missing the sides to the recliner and the seams of the sofa are already separating. Have called the Fairlawn store, visited in person and called the 1-800 customer service dozens of times. Just give us excuses. I want my money back! Will NEVER buy from there again. When we call the store they refuse to let me talk to the store manager, who had no problem talking with us the day we spent $4,000 in his store. Extremely unacceptable.

Furniture was such poor quality that they could not deliver undamaged pieces even with multiple attempts. Additionally the customer service team doesn't do what they say they will do, won't call back when they say they will, doesn't document information correctly for delivery and repair technicians and do not care to resolve the customer's problem correctly. I took 7 days off of work to give them a chance to fix the problems which they could not do. Finally, the products were so poorly made, the furniture stain leached onto my carpet and ruined it. Returned every piece and went to Wayside.

After purchasing a sofa in July at the store, I was assured by Amber the Salesperson that the color was Linen. I ordered the sofa.

A few days later I went on line to show a friend the sofa, and guess what the color was Putty... Not Linen.



Is this a Bait and switch or what. Uninformed sales people. So, After two calls the manager assured me this was an error, Ha Ha and she would cancel this order. So When I Got an email from the bank today 8-28 stating that this had not been cancelled on my line of credit. Well, I was to say the least ANGRY. The Ashley store in Fairlawn did not cancel the authorization, per the bank. So again another phone call to the store. They DO NOT Follow through, Lack of professional customer service. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this store as you can find all the Ashley products at other furniture stores.

The best thing I can say about dealing with them has been the on the phone customer service. Our salesperson was nice, but after paying upfront for the furniture, the nightmare began. We were promised 28 days for delivery, and 2 months later, our sectional is fully assembled, after 3 deliveries for 2 parts. First delivery, was on time and inserted into the home without issue. Second delivery, the furniture was damaged before coming off the truck. Crew was nice and very effecting though. Third delivery, to replace the second, the delivery guys were rude and very slow. Definitely not planning on purchasing from them again and certainly not recommending them to anyone.

Buyer Beware..this company can't even speak to their own bank on the customers behalf..the bank prefers you call them on Wednesdays. A shoe staff can't get correct pricing for bank to correctly bill.furniture delivered used..defective.and way overpriced...be sure to examine to the square inch any problems with quality control..customer service off site does not cross function well with local store..you've been warned..
