        Overall

        Rich was extremely professional. He didn't try and haggle me for the price of my PT911 Taurus. He was quite fair and very polite. Rich was understanding of the fact that I had my in-laws visiting and that it was important to maintain discretion. I was provided with a copy of B&R's firearm license and my receipt of transfer. I would definitely buy or sell with this company again!!!! KBat
