America's Best Limo

Do NOT book these people for your wedding! It is the most important day of your life, and after so much planning and effort, this is not the outcome you want!!! After much back and forth, we booked an escalade stretch, rolls Royce, and a few stretch limos along with party bus to bring family and friends around that day. I asked to see the fleet, but they said it was "away" somewhere else and was promised all cars were NEW and in IMMACULATE condition. WELL let me tell you they were at least 10 years old and rusty and disgusting!!! WHAT A TERRIBLE START to our wedding day!!! Such a disappointment!!!!!

Absolutely Americas Worst Limo. The cars are junk, we reserved a Rolls Royce and a Navigator limo and on our wedding day they showed up with a beat up old Escalade that was dirty and rusting on the outside and the interior had rips and tears, missing hardware, a leaking sunroof, peeling window tint and a sagging headliner. I was totally embarrassed that this is what I had to offer to my wedding party. The Rolls Royce never showed up and they sent us a car that looked like a cross between a Pimp Mobile and the Batmobile. Totally tacky and what made it worse it had an exhaust leak that leaked inside the car which gave us both headaches by the time we reached our reception. The AC and windshield wipers didn't work either. We were never notified about the vehicle change until the cars were in our driveway and it was time to go. I called to complain and they only offered $100 a $1250 bill and when I told them that was unacceptable they hung up on me.
