Booked my cleaning appointment gave office staff my dental coverage information and was told they were an in network dentist and they accepted my coverage after my appointment I received a bill for my cleaning appointment and was told by staff I owe $500! Yesterday I received an unfriendly call stating I owe $180 which I told them I would pay on April 19. It was their error and I am stuck paying for it.
I love the Dentist but not happy with the office staff not taking accountability for their error that cost me $500.
