G Q Shoe Repair

It's 3 blocks away from me. He wanted 60 bucks to put a (1) zipper in a boot. I said forget it. I'll go to Pat's in Bridgeport, or take all of my repairs into New York next time I go. 60 bucks for a zipper? ZERO stars

If there were a rating of zero stars, I would give that. I have never had an experience like the one I had with the man in this store. I had lost my ticket and called to find out what to do. I was very polite yet he hung up on me. I immediately went to the store to straighten things out, and he glared at me to the point that I became afraid. He was rude and told me I bothered him.I will NEVER step foot in this store. He did give me back my shoes, unrepaired, along with my money which I had paid in advance.

I went tho this shoe repair shop to get the sole of my shoes fixed. I asked the man how much it would cost and he just yelled the price at me! When I asked him whether they took ATM cards he yelled even louder throwing his hands in the air. He was so rude that I decided not to have my shoes fixed there. My husband went to this place on a different occasion and also left feeling that the man was impolite and disrespectful. Customer service is too important to me to tolerate this kind of behavior. He will never get my business.

I had them fix a pair of boots and they did it in a couple of days and the price was reasonable.

I went there to get new nsoles put into my sandals and when I picked them up my insoles were in, but there was a rip in my sandal! He denied everything and yelled at me as if I was beneath him! I asked him to please stop yelling at me because I was not yelling at him, however, he continued and was extremely rude and unhelpful. His wife was there too, and when she walked over and said something he yelled at her so loudly and forcefully that I actually became frightened at that point. He refused to help me and denied everything, so I took my sandals and told him I would never go back there. I would NEVER go back there again, and I would not recommend him to ANYONE. He yelled very aggressively and was extremely disrespectful to me as a customer. Do not take the chance!!!
