Overall

This has to be one of the (consistently) worst places I have ever been to. McDonald's food and staff are better! At least I get greeted by my name when I go to McD's (and I don't go there that often) But a friend of mine goes to Chip's maybe 4X a week. My friend never gets greeted by name, the food is consistently bad and the service gets worse every time we go in there Their floors are always dirty, there is always debris under the tables (they obviously don't care about appearance). Our waitress today was the worst ever. She just didn't care. My friend was treating and I said I would leave the tip (he always over-tips, I don't). I really didn't want to leave anything but I did leave something. I wish I could get him to go somewhere else. People who eat there must have very low standards; my friend doesn't but it is close by, and he doesn't like to complain but I've been there now about 6 times and food and service have gotten consistently worse. Penny's Diner next time.
