The ladies from NOVA Home Health Care have been sent from heaven and provide wonderful loving care to my 91 year old Father. Our family have used their services for over 6 years and they exceed all expectations and more. I personally consider these ladies as my sisters and my father has adopted them as daughters. My father loves her girls and often can be found waiting for them to arrive. On several occasions we needed extra help with Dad, and Nova stepped up to the plate and have manages to lifts our spirits too! They bright star. I couldn't navigate this journey without Nova angels.

My parents used Nova for several years, and we could not have done it without them. From working with me to identify the caregiver team that was best for my parents, to Medicaid, Medicare and allowing me to have direct input into the caregiving plan for my parents were the highlights of Nova's professionalism. My parents lived in my home so having caregivers with thorough background checks, fully bonded and insured was extremely important. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs someone to care for a loved one - whether you need someone to cover nursing care, help with personal care -- they are the people for you!

I moved in with my mom and dad when their health started failing, but I still had a full time job. Thanks to Nova Home Health Care, I was able to have loving, compassionate and caring people with my parents when I couldn't be there. They worked around my schedule and were there at any hours that I needed them. At times when one of my parents had to be in the hospital, Nova provided someone that I trusted to stay at the hospital when I was at home with the other parent. My family is still friends with the loving lady who stayed with my dad after my mom died. She was even there with me all night the night my dad died in the hospital. Nova Home Health Care was referred to our family by our medical doctor as one of the most established and reliable agency in the area. We needed a CNA to assist Dad with bathing ,medication reminders as well as Someone that could cook, do light housekeeping and be a companion for our father. We met with two candidates from Nova and found a really great match for Dad. Fara Has been with my father now for several months. They get along great. The change has been remarkable. Our father has come out of his fog and now interacts with others and is in much better spirits due in part to his care and companionship with Fara. The office responded to all our concerns and was very professional. They were available around the clock, and quick to handle any scheduling changes we needed. Excellent and companionate care. I did not know this kind of service existed. While dad was in the hospital his nurse gave us some information about home care services. We went with Nova Home Health Care after interviewing several agencies because the nurse was very knowledgeable and nice. It has been 7 months now and the caregivers are wonderful. We feel a sense of relief. They have done a great job caring for dad. I don't know how we could have survived without them. Thank you Nova.

Outstanding Care. My wife and I used the service for her mother and the care she received was excellent. She was diagnosed with Cancer and she would not move into any type of assisted facility. We brought in Nova HomeCare caregivers to provide her with the care she needed. They helped her with eating, cooking her meals, helped her use the restroom and even took her back and forth from some of her doctor appointments. The caregivers were always on time and went out of their way to treat us all like family. We would not hesitate to call Nova HomeCare again if the need should ever arise.

I would like to share my thoughts on obtaining quality care for our parents. My 80-year-old mother-in-law has been using home care services from different Northern Virginia home health or elder care agencies. We hired Nova Home Health Care LLC to provide in-home care for our mom. I am very impressed with the quality care that our mother has been receiving. The caregivers are very reliable, professional and follow directions compared to previous caregivers. Mother is very happy with and enjoys Rosie and Jacqueline's interactions. I do highly recommend this agency to those who are looking for professional and capable help for their loved ones. Their rates are also very affordable compared to competitors in the area.
