The technician arrived promptly, put on shoe covers, and introduced himself. He asked about the problem. I informed him of the issues. He immediately began assessing the thermostat and furnace. After doing so, he advised me of the costs for performing the repairs and also that replacement of the old system may be something that should be considered. He then installed a new thermostat, and advised he needed to order the additional parts to complete the repair. The good thing was that my furnace would be operable until the parts came in. He then advised he would be the person to install the parts once they received them from the company. I was very pleased with the overall job performed by the technician.
