        Great service, knowledgeable and effective staff

        I needed some AV support for a friend's memorial service. We were having a local service, but also providing for friends and family who couldn't attend in person to call in and participate by phone. So we needed an AV team which could make sure that all participants -- local or by phone -- could both hear well and address the audience if they wanted. Mr. Zeilo and his assistant did an excellent job. There was no room for error. They did a site survey in advance and came prepared. They set up with plenty of time to spare for testing. The event went well--and many of the participants commented positively on the quality of the local sound as well as the phone link. Thanks to Creative AV Solutions for "getting it right the first time", and being helpful and friendly too!
