Town & Country Event

Poor service. Bad attitude from the owner. Not reliable with services promised. Changed contractual agreement to accommodate their shortcomings. Décor was not completed per contract agreement. Owner dressed unprofessional with black & white bandana on her head while trying to serve food. Chicken was undercooked & in some cases, almost raw and very bloody. Mushy green beans, watery mashed potatoes, spoiled cheesecake squares, dried cheeses chunks, hot lemonade and tea because there was no ice provided for a long time. Before entering the reception facility, the guest were made to stand for about 30mins with the lights off. The gazebo was not decorated so the wedding party was not able to take any pictures over there at all. The reception facility was very hot! The thermostat temp read 86 degrees! They ran out of plates, & plastic wear so the cake was served on kiddie party plates. THOUSANDS of dollars was paid & a refund is needed!

I attended a law school graduation event and found the owner to be rather classless in pushing the guests for tips for a bartender that was suppose to be included in an open bar event. Guests should not expect to bring singles to an event. If they tip it is because they want to not because of a pushy owner. Every guests thought that was classless. Also, they had a cheap table set up with cardboard (so they knew the table was broken before the event) and it was so wobbly that they split a table of ten into two small tables making everyone get up and rearrange during the event. Avoid dealing with this company and owner at all cost or regret it during the event and after.

Met with Catering and owner a few months before event. Catering was charging $15.95 per people. We needed to revise our menu but when we came back time and time again, we never met the caterer. On the day we had cold chicken and potatoes were not homemade as the caterer told us they would be. We are highly disappointed with the food service. OWNER HAD ON BLACK JEANS AND TSHIRT AND A SCARF!!! Tablecloths were wrinkled and we did not have enough chairs. We had to wait for chairs and the DJ had no where to set-up because they moved our buffet table to the back where the DJ was supposed to be. Do not recommend!! Watch out because they take your money but you won't get what you pay for.
