Again their service is horribly sub-standard. Ordered a grill-chicker & strawberry salad (hold the chicken) & got something totally different. This was a take-out order. We will never eat here again. Never recommend this Cracker Barrel to anyone or anything. This place should undergo organizational change immediately.

I am really frustrated at this place right now. I guess all the black employees have a slave mentality because me and my fiancee have been here for over 20 minutes without anyone asking for our drink order or anything. Subsequently, we just watched a group of white people come in and get served immediately. if I wasn't so hungry I would get up and leave right now. The the waiter, Edwin, had horrible customer service. If he brings my order out and anything is wrong, I'm getting up and walking out!.......UPDATE: second set of silverware was dirtier that the first set and my plate of pa cakes had grits and dried grease residue on it. We left.
