        Overall

        Muir's installed my softener 18 years ago, so I called them to repair. Within 4 hours, a polite young man appeared at our door and quickly determined that the problem was not with the softener. Didn't even charge me for a service call!

        I didn't think businesses like this still existed. No question about who I will call when the softener finally needs to be replaced. Highly recommended!
