Haddix Joe Realty

I rented a property from Joe Haddix in Fairborn Ohio. This has been one of the worst mistakes in my entire life. I have rented houses for over 10 years and never have a a problen like this. After renting for only 1 year I decided to move due to harassment..where Joe would just show up at my house and walk in also in front of family or friends and start calling my belongins trash and also embarrasing me in front of neighbors about a stray cat that lived in the area running into my home which currently after moving he has tried to charge me 1200.00for having pets when I didn't. He also is trying to charge me 1900.00 in damages to the home. Thank God I video taped and had witnesses to how I left the home. He is a very unfair landlord I alway's paid my rent on time. He even slandered my name and costed me a application fee with another rental agent. I will never do buisness with him again.. To beat it all I was on housing assistance at the time and he never had any complaints about me to them..but since I wanted to move now I am the worst tenant in the world sounds wack to me. I will never recommend this company to anyone that I KNOW.
