        Rip off

        Stayed there while on a job. Promised one rate, then charged my card another without notice.Only received a partial refund, and it took three trips to his ofice to get it.



        Loose caulking and black mold in bathroom.



        Key set didn't work. Had to leave my things unsecured one day after fighting for 15 minutes to get the door to lock.



        Owner persisted in calling me in the middle of the day, even though I was workin gthe night shift.



        Went over 1-1/2 weeks with no bathroom cleaning, etc, even though we paid for maid service. Couldn't work around our night shift schedule, so just didn't clean.
