Citizens Bank

Made a payment on my loan 3 days before payment was due. Received a call 3 weeks later telling me loan payment was past due. After being rebuffed by the branch manager who sat with me 5 minutes, long enough to hear the problem, called into a meeting because she "would get in trouble or fired" if she didn't. Uh huh right. It was finally determined that the teller deposited my payment into the WRONG AUTO LOAN ACCOUNT. Teller was apologetic but the branch manager was condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional, and just all around rude. I wish I had enough room to write all of the things she said and did, but I don't. I have never been treated less professionally and with less importance as a customer. I will NEVER get a Citizens Loan again and plan on telling as many people and venues as possible to avoid them.
