Provided by SuperpagesI just walked out of this store fuming mad. After waiting a long time to be served, with no acknowledgment that I was there, it was my turn. The employee asked me what I needed and I said another gallon of the paint I had brought with me. Then a couple walked in with some samples and he went and helped them without getting my paint. I am in shock, what poor customer service. I am writing this review because every time I go to this store, this is the service I receive. This is the last time I EVER go to this store. I would give a zero if I could.
We did a home remodel with the Color Center. The people there are all great. Their Interior Designer (Heather) was fantastic. Her suggestions were excellent. Make sure you ask for her by name. The remodel turned out great thanks to the creative ideas from the Color Center.
