Harbor Freight Tools

Im a fairly average person, i lose my cool sometimes, but seeing a 1 star on this store because someone had to wait 5 min??? The store gets busy, and sometimes the staff are tired, they are always understaffed. But they are always friendly, and they strive to be helpful. It is not the best Harbor Freight but it is a heck of a lot better than the other chain store that sells tools just down the road.

stood in line for 5 minutes while employee just took their sweet time as she was talking to another employee about their personal life. not even work related. told me she would be right with me, continued talking about something while cursing and then 5 minutes later finally took care of me. almost walked out but didn't because i didn't want to be rude like her. will not go back ever again
