        Overall

        The woman I spoke to on the phone was very, very rude. When I tried to calmly, and nicely, correct her about the cats, she interrupted me and yelled at me, got really nasty about my cats. We have 1 adult, 2 adolescents, and 7 kittens. Not 3 adults and 5 kittens. When I tried to calmly explain that she didn't have it quite yet, she got nasty. I will NEVER deal with this lousy excuse for an animal shelter ever again.
