General Info: Welcome into our pack! The Pack Fitness aims to help individuals and families of all abilities to learn and live a healthy lifestyle while having fun! We have been blessed to be able to share our knowledge of Martial Arts and Gymnastics with the mountain community! Our Instructors here at The Pack Fitness approach is to encourage young children to strive for their best while maintaining a positive environment. These principles have proven to help young athletes achieve outstanding results in the sport, as well as to teach them important life lessons that help them succeed in the future, whatever they aspire to do.
