Schweizer's Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Schweizer and was told someone would call me back. After 3 more phone calls to them--or rather their answering service, I was told Mike would return my call. He finally did and while I was trying to explain what was going on w/my furnace he asked me, "You own the house?" I said "Yes" and was about to continue when he again asked.."Your the owner of the house?" Now, I have lived in my home for 14yrs, so plenty of things have broken down. I have never been asked if I own the home. If I were a renter, I assume I'd have made the call to my landlord instead of Mike Schweizer. He sounded a little insistent, so I adjusted my tone to match and AGAIN stated, "Yes, yes I am the owner of this home". Sooooo that was yesterday AM and I was supposed to get a call in the afternoon...still waiting. In contrast, however, I called Brackett Heating & Air around 5pm and was told Andy would be at my home at 8am (wow--just took 1 call!). He was--I'd realized I had used Brackett in the past. Andy was very pleasant and told me how minor it was, took a pic of the part that was going bad and explained how I could order it from the internet and probably install it w/screwdriver myself to save addtl$ (I am handy that way). Talk about thankful. So I guess I should thank you Mike for insulting and dissing me....perhaps it had to do w/the neighborhood I lived in, based on the address I gave you??? No mind. Just thought I'd comment on the lack of service I received...though your rudeness turned out, for me, to be a blessing in disguise! :)
