Could tell tech did not want to be here. Bad service and very high priced for the work that was done.

A/C went out at 8 pm, we called them at 9 pm and they were here, fixed and gone within 45 minutes. Very courteous and friendly. Reasonably priced for a late night service call...we will definitely give them our business again. Thank you!

I turned my Air Conditioner on the day before Memorial Day and discovered that it made my house hotter, instead of cooler. I managed to get through the holiday without calling someone in on a Holiday. I was having problems with getting anyone to come out the day after Memorial Day (Understandable, I know). When I called Schmitt, they were very courtious, helpful, and many other nice descriptive words that I don't have room to put on here right now. They were able to assist me that day, less than four hours after I called. The technician was very professional and informitive. I can't say enough good things about this company.

When I called the office to see if I could get someone out because my furnace was not working the girl that answered the phone was so friendly. I didnt really no how to describe what the problem was but she asked questions so that she was able to uncover what was wrong. The tech was at my house that day with the problem fixed. I now have heat!! I would recommend their services to everyone I know.
