Merchants Outlet Mall

Pure trash...pain and simple. The place has a stench that takes your breath away as you enter the front door. Beyond that, true vintage finds are few and far between...and when you find them the price tag will blow your mind... .let's see...go to a mall that smells like POOP...dig through piles of crap to find one item of marginal worth just to figure out it is priced like you are shopping a nice antique store in Evansville, Newburgh, Huntingburg or Ferdinand. Quite frankly, I've shopped antique stores all over and found prices to be much more reasonable...oh, and the best part, the real antique stores don't have piles of crap at every turn and, better yet, they don't stench like POOP either!

Originally thought the place had some cool stuff, but amid a lot of junk. Then saw prices for most of the used stuff and its ridiculous. Ebay or Amazon is much cheaper. Then it kept getting unfriendlier as the weeks rolled on. Now they have a thing on the door saying they can search all bags, purses and what not, which I don't think is legal. Then me and a friend went in, he was 30 and I'm 23. and we got to the first stall to look around and were told you have to be over eighteen to walk around without a parent and were asked to show our ideas. I'm sorry but what? Its a store, with no adult anything as far as I could find that would require that, plus shouldn't THAT be posted on the door? Don't think I'll be going back, just getting ridiculous.

When I first went in I was in aww how big the place was. As I walked through the store I noticed I was immediately followed as if I were going to stuff something in my shirt. There are a couple vendors who had good prices on merchandise but 80% of them had ridiculous prices on preowned stuff. So in my opinion I would save up the few extra bucks in long run and go to retail store and make the buy.
