        Founded in 1885, the McGaw YMCA is a nonprofit organization located in Evanston, Ill. The organization s facilities include a gymnasium, indoor pools and locker rooms. Its fitness center features more than 50 cardiovascular training machines, a 15-station strength training circuit and group exercise studio. The McGaw YMCA supports several sports activities, such as volleyball, boxing, squash, soccer and racquetball. The organization s adult fitness program includes group exercises, Pilates and sports leagues. Its aquatic program includes lap swimming, water exercises and arthritis programs. The McGaw YMCA also offers several youth, fitness and after-school programs and organizes summer day and holiday camps.
