Med Now Urgent Care

Stay away. My wife took my son there for a spots on his throat and tongue. After looking on google, I thought he might have thrush. The "doctor", I use that term very loosely, assured my wife it could be treated with Prednisone and Azithromicine. Well guess what, it was thrush, and you know what makes thrush thrive like crazy? Antibiotics and steroids, the exact medication that was supposed to help him. He's 10 years old and we are now dealing with a much worse situation than if he were properly diagnosed by that idiot "doctor". It's good for him that I have a great job and responsibilities, if I didn't, he would pay in pain for making my son suffer.

This is an excellent and convenient medical facility to visit for minor emergencies. The staff members are professional and helpful, and are able to give referrals if a specialist is required for individual circumstances.

Fast, efficient care! Friendly staff, clean facility. Highly recommend for your urgent care needs!

Never again!!! My health concerns were trivialized and I wanted to run out the door......except I couldn't because of my bad knees which the doctor never bothered to look at under the bandages. Condescending and unprofessional- a waste of money and time.

I went here after I fell and hurt my ankle. They did an x-Ray, said it wasn't broken and to rest it for a three days. I was also told to take Tylenol for the pain. Five days later I went to the student health center at my campus and was told I had an acute sprain and strain and needed crutches for two weeks etc. the Dr. At mednow Didn't even touch my ankle or wrap it or anything.

I took my son for a sports physical and though I appreciated the very efficient service, I really didn't feel my son was given a very detailed physical. The Dr came into the room without speaking to my son or to me. He listened to this heart for maybe 30 sec, had him lay down and pressed on his stomach and ask if his groin hurt. He the said"your good to go" and that was it,the Dr was in and out in 2 mins. I know the physical was only $28 but you are clearing a child sports. We also would've appreciated a courteous Dr introducing himself to us before he touched my child.

This business is by far the best for prompt and efficient medical service. I recently became ill while away on business, and chose Med Now Urgent Care based on their positive reviews. The staff was friendly, and the wait was very short. I would recommend this business to anyone becoming ill while visiting the Augusta area for business or pleasure. Thanks!

We're visiting from out of town and our 8 week old baby developed a rash all over her body and our pediatrician told us to take her to an Urgent Care. I was a little apprehensive because we also have a very busy 2.5 yr old to tote with us and I know often times you can spend 3+ hours in Urgent Cares just waiting and waiting. Also, after searching I did see some negative reviews from this place but it was the nearest we could find so we decided to try it. It was THE BEST Urgent Care experience we have EVER had! In fact, it makes me sad to admit it was a little better than a trip to our regular pediatrician. The building is new and very clean and inviting, the staff was friendly, the doctor was GREAT, very sweet with our little baby, very patient and informative and best of all we were IN AND OUT literally in about 30 min, maybe even less. Excellent :)

I go in on my lunch hour and back out in a short matter of time-- Dr Weitmer is the greatest..! The staff is usually nice, Very Clean!

Great service and in a timely fashion. I will definitely come back, especially for it's convenience.
