        Overall

        We have called on Black Knight for a few different services, when we needed a chimney sweep, when our furnace venting needed to be relocated, and when we needed a chimney cap. Each time, the crews were knowledgeable, courteous, timely and provided superior service. We will continue to call on them for our needs and recommend them to everyone.

        Oh where do I begin ! Please don't use this company for an inspection if you ever hope to sell your home ! It's a money making scam they say you need tons of repairs ? Want to recline your chimneys for big money scared away buyers twice ! Said we need $12,000 plus to fix hired a local guy I spent 1,350 they wanted to do a bunch of unneeded things to make money ! Beware
