        Overall
        Excellent New Management

        This store is like a day and night difference since the recent change in management.

        I returned to this location after having avoided it due to poor sales staff help, unconcerned management,

        poor customer service and the sloppy appeareance of the store.

        The new manager is just the opposite. I understand that he recently took this position and in a very short time, the stock is displayed neater and fuller, the store is clean, the sales staff seems more energetic and concerned in helping the customers.

        Larry, the new manager, is very upbeat and knowledgeable. His influence on the store and sales staff is very obvious.

        The local garage that I take my car and truck to for service has even mentioned the difference. They remarked just yesterday that they get the RIGHT parts now where they had hit-and-miss success before the management change.



        It's a pleasure to see a service oriented business that is reaching for every dollar in a tough economy, step up to the plate and set a good presidence. Congrats to Larry Franklin and the upper management that made this excellent move in positioning him there. I will not shop elsewhere, and I will recommend this location to anyone I hear mentioning that they need parts.
