        Overall

        I received GREAT customer service and expert product knowledge from Common Sense Technologies and one of the owners, Arthur Lau-Sed. Arthur was able to help me organize the best service options possible for my Verizon account and determine what I needed. He did this all cheerfully and with an enormous amount of knowledge. All while keeping my goals and objective in mind. He never once tried to steer me to what was most beneficial for him. My activation process was a DREAM with Jan. I highly recommend checking in with Common Sense Technologies if you are questioning anything with your wireless provider account. I will always shop here for my tech needs!!!
