Mobile Masters

I was asked by the owner of this business to write a review of my experience with him. It seems as though someone is posting false reviews about him. Let me start by saying I have not employed him for very long working on my vehicles, but I have known him for the better part of 5 years. He has only been my mechanic for about two years. Every experience I have had with him has been pleasant, and absolutely enjoyable. He does not waste any time getting to work to solve whatever problem mine and my wife's car can throw at him. He solves the issue quickly, and for a fair price. I would absolutely recommend him and his business to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic. He treats us fairly and is always available.

I took my car to 3 other shops and had 3 mobile mechanics come look at it. I spent more on shady people to try to fix my car and none of them could figure out what was wrong with it. I called Ryan on a last ditch effort to save a car that has sentimental value to me. Ryan came out and was able to diagnose the car within the first thirty minutes of being here. A quick trip to the parts store and 45 minutes of labor later and she was running like brand new. The naysayers with bad reviews of this guy are probably his competition just trying to give him a bad rap. This guy knows his stuff! I won't call anyone else. Ryan is my mechanic.

This guy is the shadiest mechanic I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
He charged me four times what the average shop would have charged
I only know now because I checked afterwards, he fixed the wrong thing and
not the thing that was causing the big problem ( I found out when driving away
that nothing had improved and when I came back he offered to fix the other item
for me at almost as much as I had just paid.


I was foolish, when he gave me a bad vibe I ignored it because I needed help pretty badly.
I can't get my money back but maybe I can save you from this unscrupulous sack of...
well, I wholeheartedly suggest you find someone else to do the work.

My wife broke down in Dallas. I tried to get a mechanic out to look at it and they jerked me around for two hours saying they were on their way and no one showed up. Ryan came out within an hour of me calling him and was able to get her back on the road and home safely to our kids. I cannot thank him enough. He saved the day. He was very professional, courteous, and understanding of our situation. He really took good care of us in our time of need.

Ryan is knowledgeable, on time and courteous. He showed up and fixed the problem hassle - free. I paid a fraction of the cost any shop would have charged me. I won't call anyone else.

This joker is nuts I payed him deposit of 300 to swap engine at my facility with all any mechanic could need. Two months and still no sign of Mobile Masters Ryan J Prigmore
