So this morning as I was backing out of my parking spot, I hit a red pole and damaged my white truck. Things were falling off everywhere, and let's not mention the terrible red marks the pole left all over my white truck. I immediately panicked and I googled the nearest repair shop. City Garage was only 3 miles away so I rushed over without reading a single review. When I walked in I told the guy at the front desk what happened. He stated that they typically don't so body work, but they will try to put the pieces back together. They were so kind and efficient. Most places would of said "we don't do that" and sent me on my way. 30 minutes later, my car was fully repaired. They even buffered out the red marks! I'm so glad I came to City Garage. I will definitely be back and I recommend you guys try them out as well. The best part... They didn't charge me a penny!

Outstanding service. Took my car in to have them correct a botched brake job by a competitor. They solved it after a couple of visits. A little pricey, but high quality work. And they offer a good warranty. And they work fast and make sure you're taken care of.

Very trashy dishonest company. Will charge women more if they think you dont know about cars.. charged me 500 for one HOSE!!! then when i went to pick my car up I left with more issues than I came with

I have been to City Garage multiple times, 06 Sonata and 03 Taurus and City Garage hit both repairs right on the money, Both ran 100% better after repairs not to mention more than 60% cost LESS than the dealership(s).

Lara and Robert will listen/note your problems, have a complete check of your vehicle, give you a written statement of the "found" issues, show you the issue(s) First Hand, give you a list of option and priorities on what needs to be repaired AND provide you with the "Best" cost possible. PLUS, if you live close and need a Ride, Not a Problem!

Need a Quick Oil Change, stop by and say Hello

Used to be reputable... Took in my 2005 Toyota Tacoma for a rear differential leak, paid 335.00 bucks for an external o-ring seal to be replaced. I was told upon pickup that it might start leaking again from another seal nearby and would have to take my truck back in, pay for them to take it apart again and fix it properly. TWO DAYS out of the shop and it is now leaking again at a steady rate. VERY FRUSTRATED, VERY DISAPPOINTED. They drove a total of 25.5 miles while it was there, not sure what normal circumstance dictates, but this seemed excessive; in addition they took it upon themselves to enjoy my custom sound system and adjusted the settings to their liking.

You can't trust City-Garage, Euless. I believe they wrote their own reviews for this site except for this one. Don't be foolish find a reputable company. Manny gave me a ball-park price to repair the cylinder head on my 2004 Sonata of $1500 and l paid $99 for a diagnostic. They confirmed that the problem was the head and valves but now that the vehicle has been towed there and taken apart the price was $3,000. Lara said she talked to Manny and he never gave an estimate or ball-park price. I got 4 other estimates that were from $1500 to $2000. I told City Garage to put the car back together and then took it to Deltech in Haltom City and they are doing the work for $1803. City Garage was even trying to charge me for new spark plug wires. They wasted 2 days and cost me $172.

I am so glad I decided to come in for 38 point inspection, plus I had a problem to ask about and be checked. Always went to Hills Lincoln Dealer but out of business. I was dreading finding a new mechanic, but Paul is great. If needed, I'll always come here to City Garage on West Harwood.

This place is great. I've never been to a shop that gives customers a ride home, but also picks them up when their car is ready. What great service. Can't beat it!

I really like the way they take care of everything without having to get a second opinion. They are very reliable and know how to get the job done.

Knowing I have this shop to be able to rely on is a very big weigh off my shoulders. I recommend them every chance I get to anyone who will listen, and when they don't, I just say "See? Told you." Eventually, they realize it and go with what they should have from the very beginning.
