I'm a diabetic 30 yrs I'm starting to experience complications,Dr Loveland saved most of my toe ,my wound care doc said I would most likely lose my whole toe or even my foot.Doctor Loveland came to see me for the 1 st time while I was in the hospital she said she would do everything she could to help me keep my toe and that she did ,she took me in and her and her staff did everything to help me thru a horrible time in my life.Im sorry I hadn't found her sooner ,if I had I am covienced i would still have my toe ,the infection got out of hand.Im happy I have her now ,ever 2 month my daughter also diabetic and I go in and have our feet checked and nails safely cut,we call it other mother daughter date.I absolutely love this doctor and her staff .I must say Robin Doctor Lovelands assistant Fitted me into the best pair of diabetic shoes I have ever had ,not only do they support my feet perfectly I also get compliments.Im so thankful to have Doctor Loveland I know she truly cares .

Provided by DexKnowsI went into the office for foot pain due to a stress fracture. She took two X-rays even though she openly admitted that X-rays don't show stress fractures (especially new ones), and when the X-rays didn't show anything she told me to ice my foot. I was charged over $150 for a 15 minute appointment consisting of no answers and unnecessary X-rays. When I called their office about this I was told rudely that "she went to medical school" insinuating that she has earned the right to extort money from people. While I do understand charging patients a fair rate, a 15 minute appointment shouldn't cost $150 dollars. Furthermore, they need to be more forthcoming about how necessary something like an X-ray is to an overall diagnosis. I would never recommend this place. They are a perfect example of why health care in the US is so needlessly expensive.

Provided by DexKnowsI don't know what is going on in this office. It seems as though every time I come in for an appointment there is new staff. It is apparent to me that this office has a high employment turn over rate at this point. At that, the staff that is working there is not very friendly or knowledgable in my opinion. Dr. Loveland rushed me through every appointment that I had and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her. I have since fired her as my podiatrist and now am seeing someone who actually cares about there patients. I would not recommend Dr. Loveland to anyone!!!

Provided by DexKnowsthey suck!!!! Treat their patients like crap. Doctor is always calling in sick and rescheduling appointment time. She does not seem dependable. The last time I saw her she was slurring her speach and could barely walk. I think she is on something. I will not be going back there!!!!!!!

Provided by DexKnowsI didn't see the doctor. But my grandmother fell in the parking lot of the building yesterday and a guy from their office ran out, got her in a wheelchair, and to the ER in a flash. Great people.

Provided by DexKnowsI had a really bad ingrown toenail and I was pretty nervous abut seeing a foot doctor after the last one I went to. This was totally different. The staff was so great to me. I was only supposed to be there for twenty minutes but I didn't get numb fast enough to have the ingown part taken out. So they brought me magazines and offered me hot chocolate and were so friendly even though I was taking up so much of their time. And the doctor is just a jewel. I would go back again for sure.

Provided by DexKnowsThis doctor will trim your toenails if you have problems with them. I went to three other poditarists in Eugene and springfield and most refuse to do routine nail care or treat you like you are a burden tthem. I am over 70 and I really need this help. She i such a sweet lady the two girls she has working in her office are really nice too.

Provided by DexKnowsI am a marathon runner and had all kinds of issues with my feet, but Dr. Loveland didn't give me lectures about running or wat it does to my legs like so many other doctors have. Instead, she focused on the problems and offered good solutions which will keep me running. And her assistant Mary is a ton of fun and really knowlegeable. If you are a runner, this is the place to go.
