Bridges
A dental bridge is a single structure that has a minimum of two to three crowns and is used to replace missing teeth between the healthy remaining teeth. It is economical and aesthetically pleasing. It involves the filing of remaining adjacent teeth to fit and replace the lost teeth.

Root Canal Treatment
A fixed dental bridge is a non-removable prosthesis attached to remaining natural teeth. The false teeth literally bridge the gap between natural teeth. While aesthetically pleasing, bridges can present some problems, as the natural teeth on either side of the bridge must be filed down to accept the appliance. This can lead to bacterial plaque accumulations, decay, periodontal disease, and the need for future root canals.
