Kitchen Remodeling
This fast-track remodel was completed in an impressive time frame of only 12 days. While the facility was closed, we remodeled 2800 sf of office space, patient rooms and waiting area with new cabinetry, flooring, paint and upgraded furniture. The goal of this remodel was to reflect the high quality of care Oregon Eye strives to provide its patients.
Bathroom Remodeling
This tenant improvement involved remodeling the reception area, office space, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as creating new office space, repainting the exterior of the building and adding new signage. This project required precise planning to be completed in phases in order to allow the business to remain operational. We understand the challenges of occupied remodels and know how to maintain a high level of cleanliness and dust control measures. In addition, our team's ability to communicate effectively with the client aided in the smooth planning and completion of this project three weeks ahead of schedule.
Flooring
This remodel consisted of updating the branch to continue to better serve the needs of the customers. To minimize any inconvenience for employees or customers, we completed this project in phases so that SELCO Community Credit Union could remain operational. The work consisted of reconfiguring the floor plan to accommodate more work space and moving the branch manager's office closer to the entrance. Upgrades were made to the teller row, as well as new flooring, paint & casework throughout.
Tile Installation
We completed a full demolition of the University of Oregon campus Duck Storeâ€™s cramped, old computer department to create an efficient retail space, featuring bright colors, light wood and frosted white shelving. The work occurred within steps of busy retail space, while the main Duck Store remained open, as did other adjacent businesses. We installed high-end cabinetry and tile flooring and built a new entrance to the street, being careful to accommodate the flow of pedestrians on the sidewalk. This $287,000 job was completed in a fast-paced, three-month window, wrapping up in April 2009.
Fireplaces
With a lodge-style lounge and waiting area, complete with a fireplace, rock masonry and wooden beams, this branch was designed to have the look and feel of a Northwest mountain lodge.
Carpeting

New Construction

Demolition
This complete renovation of the former City of Eugene library included asbestos abatement, interior demolition, new walls, ceilings and interior finishes, and upgraded electrical and mechanical systems. Working closely with the architecture firm, we paid close attention to design, constructing interior columns to look like trees and ceilings that appear to be floating. A $1.2 million refresh of this multi-story building gave it modern style with the latest technology.

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
At the exterior, the dated stone work that ran along the entry area and into the building lobby was removed. The decaying entry columns were replaced and striking new stone work was added to the column pilasters. The entire exterior received new paint and the aging landscaping was updated to increase visibility and freshen the setting of the building.

Irrigation Systems
We constructed a 12,800 square foot tilt-up addition to provide necessary storage space to support the growth of a local leader in child bicycle trailers, strollers & accessories. We also upgraded the fire sprinkler system to the entire warehouse space.

Siding
We are doing a complete renovation to the exterior of the building on 260 Country Club Road. The work consists of removing the synthetic stucco system to the entire building & installing new metal siding, performing dry rot repairs, installing new energy efficient windows & adding new entryway canopies. As always, extra attention is given to minimizing dust & noise in efforts to avoid disturbing the current occupants.

Carpentry
We built this $1.5 million credit union branch from July 2006 to March 2007. Itâ€™s an impressive slab-on-grade wood-frame structure totaling 5,000-square-feet. The finish carpentry and wooden details both inside and out required close attention to detail and careful craftsmanship.
Insulation
This beautiful outdoor concert venue was in need of a new sheet metal roof in order to repair some leaking & dry rot issues. The work consisted of bending the sheet metal & placing it onto the roof. This proved to be incredibly challenging due to the shape & height of the roof structure. We also refinished the concrete columns & modified the drainage. Spray on insulation was added underneath the roof.
