They treat you like family very professional, all the staff were very good at making your experience confrontable, they made my dentures look good and feel good too. and my wife had hers done there too. We were both very happy.

Beware. Once you sign the satisfied sheet they require, you have no recourse if something is wrong. My smile was ruined with new dentures. They were supposed to remove a few old roots that were left. This didn't happen. When I stated I was not happy with the dentures they stated because I signed the form I would have to pay for another set of dentures. NEWS FLASH!! I never signed any form stating I was satisfied.

Again, beware they are nice up front, but once they get their hooks in you your on your own.

The dentist may have years of experience, but it felt as if he was being rude not only to his patients, but his dental assistants and other office personnel, as well. Seemed very unprofessional in my opinion. While I was getting a tour of the in-house laboratory, the office manager (not sure if that was his title) kept telling me all of these statistics, which was just annoying to me and felt unnecessary. The lab was big and I thought that there were only going to be a few well-rounded technicians, but I noticed 8-9 different people all doing different things. I am not saying that none of them were well-rounded, it just seemed as if there were 7 technicians doing what a lot of other labs would have one technician do all by himself.

All-in-all, this office did not feel like a patient-oriented office to me. I am a big supporter of small businesses, but I do not support small businesses that are noticably trying to get corporate.
