Domino's Pizza

This location is terrible. The customer service and food is unacceptable. I used to eat here atleast twice a month when the location first opened. The quality and accuracy was great but they started delivering the wrong orders and not cooking my food well done as I requested. I stopped getting delivery from this location. This is the only pizza location that delivers in Etowah but in order to get good food and nice people I started driving to Brevard or Hendersonville to pick up pizza. After about 8 months I decided to give this location another try. Of course they had to deliver the wrong pizza. When I called to let them know about the error the manager was rude and argued with me about me not knowing what pizza I ordered even though I ordered a thin crust and this was clearly hand tossed. He acted like he was doing me a favor by getting my pizza remade and delivered a hour after I wanted to eat dinner. I asked him if I could get my next order complimentary due to the inconvenience he unwillingly agreed. Apparently he did not make a note in my profile. Last night after about a month I called to redeem my complementary order but a female manager was working. There was no note for the comp in my file so I had to remind her of this issue. Even though she said she remembered the night it happened, she argued with me that them delivering the right pizza I had already paid for was all I got for the delaying my dinner an hour and making me eat at 1130pm. I told her I felt I needed the amount I paid taken off my order for tonight at least. After continuing to argue with me that she really couldn't do anything without the note she reluctantly took 22.40 off of my 25.60 order. I am done with this location again. I will start driving 20 minutes again for carry out.

Great pizza but service is very inconsistent. Delivered to my home multiple times and now I’m out of their delivery range...interesting
