Dan and PCP staff were awesome. The tank went empty on my recently purchased home, and the existing company could not come for 3.5 weeks. I was left freezing without heat or hot water. Dan answered despite the fact that I called late at night, he was compassionate and professional, and worked with my difficult schedule having a team out to help first thing the next morning. They were efficient, professional, and extremely helpful. There were no hidden fees or discrepancies about billing. PCP was way more responsive and cheaper than the other companies with whom i inquired. PCP has a loyal customer now. Thanks Dan and PCP staff!!!
