After an extensive research on car buying and leasing, I decided to lease a new ct200h.

I have been looking for a new car for some time now since I was going to pass on my current car to my younger brother. I decided on getting a Lexus because of the quality that is associated with the brand. Having been a valet, I gained a sense of what car brands (interior/exterior) were of good quality and those that were lacking. Lexus cars were one of my favorite cars to drive at work. During my research I decided I wanted a hatchback because the aesthetics of hatchbacks appeal to me. Fortunately, Lexus had a hatchback and It is a hybrid. It is a win-win situation for me because I also wanted to lessen my carbon footprint. So I reached out to Lexus and Crsytal Doroliat was the person who aided me in through the process. It took weeks for me to finally decide and I appreciate her patience throughout it all. She was persistent but not annoying unlike other car dealership salespeople whenever I would make an inquiry. I visited other car dealerships but I was not impressed. It was the last last day of March and she sincerely offered me to come and take a tour since great deals were about to end in March. I had nothing to lose so why not? Upon my arrival, Crystal welcomed me at the door and offered me a tour of Lexus Escondido. She first took me to the cafe and offered me free drinks and pastries- I felt like home and who doesn't like free food!? Anyways after this she took me to the 2nd and 3rd floors where she showed me around the Lexus Technology Center as well as their Vintana restaurant. Afterwards offered me to take a test drive which I appreciated because I did not want to do business without having been able to get a feel of the car I wanted to purchase. After the test drive she asked me how I felt about the car we basically conversed about my options and what was best for me. Ultimately, after a stress free and relaxing experience I decided to purchase the Lexus ct200h. I want to personally thank Crystal as well as Aisha for an amazing experience especially since this was my first time dealing with a car purchase. You all must check this dealership out!
