I contracted for a move from Del Mar Ca to New Jersey. Everything went well on the CA side but fell apart on the NJ side. These shipments get passed off to others and in NJ the truck missed the delivery window by over 3 hours, Rushed to make deliver and lost boxes and broke furniture. The drivers were in such a hurry to leave that we did not get to inspect truck. If you have issues you are passed on to Mayflower Corporation and you go into a black hole of web pages and claim forms. Be wary about claims to be a family business that will be with you. Your belongings are only as safe as the last person handling it in the food chain.
